Beaux Arts Copper Plated Table Top Plateau Broken Handle 19th Century

High-style Beaux-Arts Plateau for the table. Glass-topped and copper-plated spelter frame with elaborate scrolling details in a great example of the late 19th-century styles.  Is NOT magnetic.   On one end the decorative handle is broken off but is really not noticeable due to the many other extricate features.  Measures 15.5” x 9.5” x 3”.  Very heavy.
